Read through the get started guide and download USB Creator program to burn the OS to USB. There is no error during the burning process but the USB just can't boot normally. No os detected when booting from it.

    This is probably something you need to take care of in the BIOS. Are you sure it's trying to boot from the USB and not some other device?

    Also check if it's booting UEFI or legacy, UEFI boot is disable by default.
