UNOPARATOR
I updated from v6.6.7 to v.6.7 without any problems. 👍 ASRockRack C2750D4I (BIOS v2.90) + 32GB ECC + 8x 10TB Seagate Ironwolf Is it possible to add a custom case model icon? (or is there any chance to add a Silverstone DS380 icon?) Quote Link to comment

Should this not be noted as a breaking change, as I imagine many people are going to be in the same situation. Same issue here, during boot it tried to access the drives but eventually gave up. Havent tried anythig that could change something, like a diffrent PCI-Slot or ACS override. Reroll worked. Agree on having a note in this thread or the release notes. It seems this is a known "potential" issue since RC and has not been fixed for those that are effected. As far as I know everyone who tried the betas eventually got it working (unless they quietly rolled back to Stable without mentioning it) so it was not obvious that many users might encounter an issue? Have you tried the suggested solution of disabling VT-D to see if it works for you? Quote Link to comment
jumperalex
FWIW, I have a marvell controller (HighPoint Rocket 620 2-port) and upgrade went fine. JorgeB
Marvell/VT-D issues are nothing new, see for example this thread, some users are more affected than others, it might get better or worse with any newer kernel, nothing that LT can fix directly, anyone than can afford to get them replaced with for example an LSI HBA should. 1 Quote Link to comment

bonienl
@MrSage Your "appdata" and "system" folders exist both on the cache device and array. Do the following: Stop the Docker service and VM service (see settings) Change the setting "Use cache disk" to Prefer for both the appdata share and the system share (see shares) Run the Mover (see main) Do a "compute all" on the share page to verify that these shares now only exist on the cache device Change the setting "Use cache disk" to Yes Only for both shares Edited May 11, 2019 by bonienl Quote Link to comment

acozad1
So I had to downgrade to 6.6.7 to bring my server back up and running. I was running perfect on the RC8. Quote Link to comment
