acurcione
I have a much larger drive going through pre-clear and will need to replace the parity drive with it. No issues with the current parity drive or other data drives. I’ve read through the Parity Swap Wiki and I get stuck at step 12. I want to turn the old parity drive into a data drive, but not replace a current data drive. So do I skip step 12 and just start the parity copy process and then after that finishes, assign the old parity as a data drive? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk Pro Quote Link to comment
JorgeB
Parity swap is not use to upgrade parity, for that you just do a normal disk replacement: https://wiki.unraid.net/Replacing_a_Data_Drive Quote Link to comment
