Drives in array keep going in to error state

I've been using unraid for about 8 months and for the last 6 months one of my 4 drives will go in to an error state. but its not always the same drive.

I've just been rebuilding the array each time it goes in to an error state, its happened at lest 10 times now. Only one drive at a time has been disabled from the array at a time so I've always been able to rebuild the array.

 

I've replace the back plate, the sas controller and the sas breakout cables. but did not help any.

 

SMART reports for the 4 drives are attached.

 

System:

Unraid 6.6.7

Model – CSE-825

X8DTI-F Motherboard

SAS825TQ Backplane

2x Xeon X5675

8x 4gb 10600R Memory

2x 9211-8i Controller

4x 10TB Seagate Exos X10 ST10000NM008
