Brand new NVMe dead on arrival ? I/O error, dev nvme0n1

Hello,

 

I purchased a brand new PNY XLR8 NVMe as a cache drive.

The drive seems to be working fine but I have a lot of errors in the logs. 

Should I return it or is it a "normal" behavior?

Does not look good :(

 

You might want to post the diagnostics zip file (obtained via Tools->Diagnostics) to get a better informed view.

Loos more like a trim problem, still would recommend if possible using for example Samsung NVMe devices, known to work and perform well.

I just ordered a regular 2.5 Samsung 1Tb EVO drive. I would not benefit from NVME anyway as I am on 1gb network.
