Frequent lockups on 6.7

Have you taken a look at spaceinvader one's YouTube video on how to deal with Ryzen (specifically 1000 series)?: 

 

1000 series. I can’t even get this thing running at this point. I’m just going to RMA it and grab an i3-8100. Shame on me for not doing more research before pulling the trigger on Ryzen. I had hopes of trying out some of the fixes to get it stable but I’m dead in the water at this point.

If have monitor attach, and system just hang without calltrace, then problem shoud be C-state problem during idle, pls try change C-state setting in BIOS ( Auto / Enable / Disable )

Ryzen system would lost BIOS setting after BIOS update, pls set correct boot device would be fine.

Sounds like you're giving up way too quickly. Once you get your settings right, Ryzen is perfectly stable for Unraid. What are your specs/components you're using for this system?
