Unloaded Chelsio Interface Can't Get It Back

I was going through the chelsio manual to tune a T-580. Next step was to unload the drivers. I did. The step after was to reload, but that is not working for me. 

 

The NIC now doesn't show up. Did everything I can think of. 

 

Can someone tell me how to get it back?

    3. Adjust your preference.
