Abigel
Hi, Is there a plugin with which you can save your docker containers ? Not only the Configs you back up with CA Backup / Restore Appdata but all content related to the container to restore the Docker Container with a few clicks ? Quote Link to comment
BRiT
Why do you want to backup the Docker images which are already stored externally on docker and that can easily be reinstalled? The only important part of Dockers are their config files or other files mapped to that directory. Edited May 17, 2019 by BRiT Quote Link to comment
Fiservedpi
right agreed with @BRiT the only thing u need to back up are the appdata folder and i believe then anytime u pull the container down those settings will automagically reappear Edited February 5, 2020 by Fiservedpi Quote Link to comment
DigitalDivide
Hopefully I can still ask a question on this. If I backup the appdata then restore it, do I first have to reinstall the dockers, don't start them, then once installed, do the restore, then start the dockers? Or will just doing the restore, put the dockers back too? Quote Link to comment

Quote General Procedure On How To Restore Your Appdata Replace your cache drive if necessary Recreate your appdata share (and set it to be cache only) Recreate your docker.img file if necessary (ideally, this should be performed regardless) Select a backup set (if using dated backup sets) and hit 'Restore' Sit back and have a coffee Ideally restart your server Re-add your previously installed docker applications via CA's Previous Apps section. No adjustment of the templates should be necessary Quote Link to comment
