June 10, 20197 yr Author Yes there are files in the missing shares and I can access them from Krusader but nothing else and I was able to use Krusader to copy files from the missing shares over to unaffected ones. I've attached screenshots below hopefully showing what I mean. And I'm afraid I don't know how upload my krusader run command.

A user share named Cache or cache is not a good idea, since cache is the name of a disk, and can only cause confusion. And, in fact, the User Shares don't have anything named Cache, so I don't know what is going on with Krusader, maybe the docker run command would give a clue. What is in that directory named Cache?
June 10, 20197 yr Author It was just a share I had set to only use the cache drive for testing speeds. I'm not worried about the data that was in it its more that I don't wan't other shares with important files to go missing at some point in the future without knowing why this happened and/or how to fix it. Here is the command.
June 10, 20197 yr Community Expert What shares are missing exactly? Lists appear the same, except for the already mentioned "Cache" share.
June 10, 20197 yr Community Expert Your diagnostics actually show a share anonymized "C---e" that exists on disks 1,2,3. Maybe you still have some cache corruption. Try stopping and restarting the array.
June 10, 20197 yr Author The issue has persisted through restarts of both the machine and the array unfortunately. I think other shares were also exhibiting the same issue before all of the rebuilding but I don’t remember which ones they were. I think I’m just going to find a way to delete it and keep a close eye out for further issues. Thanks for all of the help.
