May 18, 20197 yr Community Expert You can start by reading here: https://wiki.unraid.net/UnRAID_Manual_-_FAQ By the way, Raw read error attribute (#195) is not one that is normally monitored. Wikipedia has this to say about it: "The raw value has different structure for different vendors and is often not meaningful as a decimal number." You have two options. (1) Get a new disk and rebuilt the data on it or (2) rebuild on the old/present disk. The first method will provide you with a bit of a safety net as that old disk is probably OK and will probably rebuilt without an issue.
May 18, 20197 yr Without the diagnostics from before you rebooted, its impossible to say why it was disabled, other than the fact that a write to the drive failed ( <-- this is the only reason why unRaid disables a disk) Cabling would be the prime suspect.
