can anyone help with a disabled disk ?

im on 6.7 and for some reason my disk 7 a 10TB ironwolf is disabled

but it's passed the SMART test

ive added the server diagnostics and the smart test

what i have noticed is all of my iron wolf drives have a crazy Raw read error rate error  disk 7 is 83566722

By the way, Raw read error attribute (#195) is not one that is normally monitored.  Wikipedia has this to say about it:  "The raw value has different structure for different vendors and is often not meaningful as a decimal number."  

 

You have two options.  (1) Get a new disk and rebuilt the data on it or (2) rebuild on the old/present disk.  The first method will provide you with a bit of a safety net as that old disk is probably OK and will probably rebuilt without an issue.

Without the diagnostics from before you rebooted, its impossible to say why it was disabled, other than the fact that a write to the drive failed ( <-- this is the only reason why unRaid disables a disk)

 

Cabling would be the prime suspect.
