I installed a cache drive on my array and want to move my docker img to the cache.  The problem is docker.img was put in the root directory of disk 2 so mover will not move it over.  Can I disable docker then copy the docker to the cache drive and just change the location on the docker setting?  Will this work or is there a better way to do this?

That should work without a problem.

 

An alternative is to simply delete the current image, change the setting where it is to be located, restart docker (to create a new empty image) and then reinstall its contents using the “Previous Apps” option on the Apps tab.

Thanks worked great!  It actually gave me a warning to delete and recreate it like you suggested.  Something about a legacy issue with it.
