Unmountable File System Error

I know my drives are getting old but I just recently rebuilt my array and transferred all my data over to it and now the drives are showing unmountable file system. I have attached my diagnostics in the hopes that someone might shed some insight into what in the world is going on with this thing? I've been running unraid for around 5 years or so and havent had a hiccup until now. :(
