I then moved the card to my mediacenter, and lo and behold a post for the card! And I could see the harddisk and everything. I think the issue is with the motherboard, it is... not very helpful. I believe the motherboard is stable enough, and works perfectly in its own way. But it is acting lika a moronic primadonna, it will only work if the setting is just so, and it will not give any clue as to what might be the issue. Thanks again for the answer :-) EDIT: Now I put the card back into the server (same pci-e slot) to see if I could glean som information from the diagnostic leds on ther server motherborad. And suddenly, it POST's! Now everything works as it is supposed to Thanks again Kenoka Link to comment
