vfio-pci.cfg not working on 6.7.0

Hello, I am on 6.7.0 and the vfio-pci.cfg isn't working for me. Location of the vfio-pci.cfg file: /config/vfio-pci.cfg inside the flash drive, /boot/config/vfio-pci.cfg inside the server.

content of the vfio-pci.cfg file: 

BIND=0e:00.0

also tried:

You have to be a little bit more specific than it doesn't work if you want help.

First of all, post your diagnostics. Then we need to know what you mean by not working.

What is the output of

lspci -k

by not working, I mean the the device is not showing in other pci device in the VM editor.

There is no driver loaded for the card, so you can add the card in the xml editor manually.

On mobile so not looking at your diagnostics, so don't know why it's not working.

Have you tried to use the normal stubbing using vfio-pci.ids?

I could passthrough it manually with xml edited, but I still have other things needed to passthrough, but those are used by some driver, the vfio-pci.id didn't work for those device.

If we use the vfio-pci.cfg file, do we still need the vfio-pci.ids config in the syslinux.cfg file?

I had this is in my syslinux.cfg file:

vfio-pci.ids=1b1c:1c00,1b6f:7052,10de:1b81,10de:10f0,10de:13c2,10de:0fbb

 

can be replaced with this in the vfio-pci.cfg file:

BIND="03:00.0 04:00.0 82:00.0 84:00.0"

 

Is there a way to bind the USB Device?

If it's working with the vfio-pci.ids, you don't need to change to the new alternative method.

Looks like you have set up the new alternative method correctly.

The new method is only using PCI ID, so doesn't work for USB devices. So if you want to use the new method, you will still need to use the vfio-pci.ids for the USB.

Hey did you eventually get this to work using vfio-pci.cfg method? I can't seem to pass anything through using this method.
