for some reason I am getting everything at 100% and no one is using the server at all never done before only in last couple of weeks please help have attached pic

    Without the diagnostic zip file my best guess is that you have some docker application saving data to RAM, which happens when you specify a path other than /mnt/user or /mnt/diskX for file storage.

    The last bit you said not sure about I am new to this software still learning but I had plex installed I think might be that not sure
