francrouge Posted May 28, 2019 Share Posted May 28, 2019 Hi all, It's been 2 days in a row now that i'm not able to enter in the webgui worst the ip adresse does not ping. But i can see activity on the computer. I have to stop it manually and start it again. Don't know why but after my manual restart i downloaded the diag. Frank1940 Posted May 28, 2019 Share Posted May 28, 2019 A quick look at your diagnostics showed that you are running 6.7.0--- the latest release. This release has a new troubleshooting tool built in. To set it up, go to Settings >>> Syslog Server and use the 'Help' feature to assist you in configuring it. I would definitely use the 'Mirror syslog to flash' option.
