Cybertron with Supermicro H8DGi no POST, NIC cards "rebooting"

We have a few-year-old Cybertron with the Supermicro H8DGi motherboard. Today I came in to see that the front Ethernet green lights were going from blinking to off, blinking, off, etc., Same for the green lights on the back of the NIC cards. I don't ever get a POST from the monitor. The green light on the monitor goes on briefly and then to power save mode. Could this be a power supply issue or motherboard itself?
