I tried changing the username and now all my other public shares that were working have also gone down. What is the 'username' that you are talking about and where is it registered? You should also read this thread starting at this point: https://forums.unraid.net/topic/25064-user-share-problem/?tab=comments#comment-228392 SMB has a lot of gotchas with usernames and you have to be aware of them. Also (as I can't remember if it is mentioned in the referred thread), the user root is specifically denied access to any SMB share! (As I looked at your Share information in the Diagnostics file, I am wondering why you even have a username as all of your shares are public.) Edited May 30, 2019 by Frank1940 Quote Link to comment
