How do browse the contents of disk with unRAID ?

If they are public shares I can browse by mounting user share on PC, but if they are not I cannot.

Specifically I was trying to browse appdata, even if i make that share public I still cannot see anything within it, I assume because the contents are private

You can do this from the Unraid GUI by clicking on the 'folder' icon at the end of the shares listing in the Shares page.   Were you looking for more than this?  In a similar way you can browse disks from the Main tab.

If you want a full-blown graphical file manager then common ways of achieving this are installing the Krusader or Dolphin docker containers.
