Error code s9009 manifest on unraid/plex, when trying play media

I have the latest unraid (server) on new ryzen 5 1600 computer running plex docker. I get a error s9009 manifest, when I try to play a media file. This error started showing up yesterday after I restarted my server. Medua will play on pc and S7 phone, but will not play on android box with plex app. Also will not play on server computer. (I get error code s9009 manifest. I read some post and mentioned installing VLC on server computer, but no details on how to install on unraid server. Please help.

    There are several plex dockers. You can go directly to the correct support thread for any of your dockers by clicking on its icon in the Unraid webUI and selecting Support.
