Hello,

 

i want to move my HDDs and cache drive to another unraid installation. Is this possible without dataloss?

I have 3 Data drives and one parity drive.

    Yes. But it would be easier if you keep a current backup of your USB, so you won't have to figure out which disk goes in which slot. Backup is easy to do, Main GUI tab, Flash, Flash Backup.
