Not that it matters now, but just FYI I believe you cannot use a promo code on a combo deal.  Anyhow great deal, sorry I missed out an that one.  :'(

I don't think you're supposed to be able to, but I used one on a similar combo with the Sempron 140 and M4A785-M earlier this month.  Doesn't hurt to add those codes in at checkout 

Oh believe me I always try using the promo codes.  That's how I found out that Newegg doesn't allow it.  I've never been lucky enough to slip one by them though.  I guess I'll have to keep trying.

I was recently able to 'slip one by them'.  Well, kinda.  They had this deal that if you bought something or other a few months ago they would later email you a promo code for $10 off any hard drive over $100.  Well, I finally got that code and I was able to apply it to a 2 TB WD EARS priced at $99.99.  So I got the drive for $89.99.  I'm pretty sure I wasn't supposed to be able to do that, but it worked anyway.  It wasn't a situation of stacking, though.  The drive was on a normal sale (no promo) for $99.99, then I added my code to bring the price down further.

 

Anyway....I got my drive for cheap, so I'm happy

Yes, quite good.

thats the combo I have I've had no issues at all, I unlocked the second core just to see if I could and it unlocked. showed up as an athon II chip. for unRaid I'd just use the the single core it was designed to be used as.
