June 10, 20197 yr I have come across an issue where all my plugins show status 'unknown' and will not update. I can browse new plugins, but they will not install. After combing the forum I have taken these steps with no change in result. -in network, ensured the gateway was set to my router's address -in network, ensured the DNS entries were 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 -I have telneted in and successfully pinged 8.8.8.8 and google.com -have restarted my server and router multiple times. June 11, 20197 yr Community Expert IS this diagnostics file from a period of time when you had the problem? What I would like to suggest to you is to run a series of tests using the GUI where you access the PLUGINS tab and the APPS tab (trying to install a new plugin). Note the date and time for each when you do this. Then generate the Diagnostics and post them up in your next post. Then the Gurus know exactly where to look in the syslog to see if there are any clues.

June 11, 20197 yr You're running 6.7.0-rc6 Go to the Tools Tab, Update OS, then revert your OS version, and reboot Then Tools, Update OS, and then install 6.7.0 Problem should be fixed. If not then post new diags
