Rebooted and got "No Docker containers installed"

After many years of running dockers, today I get this: "No Docker containers installed" - help!!

 

(no changes were made in the days leading up to a reboot)

this is me disabling and re-enabling docker:

Well, the image is completely empty.  Go to the Apps Tab, Previous Apps, and check off whatever you had installed.

 

Why it's empty, I don't know.  But my initial thought is that somehow you inadvertently deleted it.

No, you need to follow directions.
