My win 10 hangs after the white book screen when I have my graphics card passed through. 

 

My motherboard is an Asus Maximus hero vii, i7 4970k, Asus strix gtx 980.

 

Since I'm using integrated graphics. Does my GPU still need to be in slot 2?

    Tools -> Diagnostics, attach the zip file.

     

    Pass-through GPU does not have to be in slot 2 with IGPU as long as your motherboard can be set to use IGPU to boot. Some motherboards don't support that.
