Help Needed! PLEX server took up 99% CPU usage overtime

Hi

 

I am recently experiencing some strange Plex Media Server issue. It will get stuck on some task like "Generating video preview thumb..." and take up 99% CPU power. Normally a restart will fix the server but it is quite annoying to restart my media server every time I need to watch something or use the server for something else.

 

Unraid diagnoses, Plex Logs and some screenshots attached below.
