itimpi Posted June 14, 2019 Share Posted June 14, 2019 Unraid cannot handle an array drive being temporarily disconnected and then coming back and being allocated a different /dev/sdX type designation at the Linux level. Your syslog shows this happened Jun 12 00:45:59 Tower kernel: usb 2-4: USB disconnect, device number 2 The fact that USB connections are prone to this behaviour is one reason using USB drives are not recommended for array drives.
