It's a very cool looking thing: http://www.raidsonic.de/data/datasheet/icybox/DE/datasheet_ib-555_554_553_d.pdf ... and according to this http://compusential.com/2010/07/09/raidsonic-icy-box-555ssk/ review, it seems to be an nice alternative to the 5 bay Icy Dock backplane. yannis Posted October 23, 2010 Share Posted October 23, 2010 For the same kind of money you could do what I did and buy one of these http://www.zalman.co.kr/eng/product/Product_Read.asp?Idx=367 Complete case with 6 hot swap bays and for another £30 or so, you can add another 3 x hot swap bay. This version seems to be available in europe asia and australia. dont think i've seen models like it on the icy dock website if anyone knows a different source for them it could make some people happy.
