Requested Replacement Key and emailed Support But Haven't received anything

Hi There,


I'm changing my USB drive over to a smaller one so it can be locked in place with the front cover on my 4U server. So I requested a replacement key using the replacement key process. However I didn't get any email, and also emailed support and haven't heard anything back from either. 


I'm hoping someone will be able to help.

Hopefully you can keep it cool. Anecdotally it seems that smaller drives seem to run hotter and fail much sooner than full size USB sticks.

For sure. It's right beside a 120mm intake fan on the front of the case. So I don't for see it getting too hot. Overall the server run's in the 25c to 45c range.
