BRFS Possible drive failure in pool

noticed my syslog zipping to 100% full within a day.. No other issues
observed.. but when i looked at the syslog you can see countless btrfs
errors.. I think its saying the drive it keeps mentioning is
bad/failing?

I guess that is my question.. is that what it is telling me? and how
do i safely remove it from the cache pool without impacting the cache
in general.
