Unknown PCI header type '127' on Windows 10 VM

Recommended Posts

As the title says I'm getting this error when trying to start the VM with a GTX 970 passed through, it works fine with VNC instead.

The most recent log from the VM is:

Unfortunately I don't know how to get the xml for the VM so I've included a picture ( no usb devices are currently passed through ). I have also included my diagnostics.zip

to add some further debugging I tried;

I installed a linux VM and got the same error.

I then tried passing through my 1030 to the linux VM. The linux VM appeared to start but the monitor went blank ( my GUI was on the 1030 ).

Then the linux VM would not stop when the command was sent.

After trying to restart the VM on the 1030 graphics card I got the Unknown PCI header type '127' error again.
