Frank1940
I am assuming that English is a second language to you. 44 minutes ago, ibasaw said: i had activated syslog in the settings tab Did you go to Settings >>> Syslog Server ? If you did this, did you set it up this way? If you did it this way, you should find the syslog in the logs folder/directory on the Unraid boot (or flash) drive. (You have to click on the 'APPLY' button!) If you want a diagnostics file (which has much more information in it for troubleshooting), go to Tools >>> Diagnostics That will download the diagnostics file to your download directory on your PC. Frank1940
I never tried this (that I remember) but it would seem to me that you would have to set up the Remote Syslog Server section to be your Unraid server. I realize that this a 'loopback' but it should work... EDIT: IF the user share Logs does exist on your current server, you will have to create it first!
