Reading from different drives in parallel shares bandwidth

Hi, I'm having an odd issue with my Unraid configuration. When I read from a single DISK I can get 150MB/s. (I'm on a 10G network.) However when I read from DISK1 and DISK2 simultaneously, I can only get 75MB/s for each transfer. If I read from DISK1, DISK2, and DISK3 in parallel, the bandwidth is again shared 3-ways with ~50MB/s for each transfer.

 

On the other hand when I read and write to/from my cache (4 SSDs stripe+mirror) I get over 1GB/s.

 

Is there something I need to tweak to enhance read speeds off the array? It's as if there is some kind of bottleneck.
