Hello, I've attempted to create a High Sierra following Spaceinvader One's latest instructions. I've done everything he suggests but having a strange error I haven't been able to find any existing information about on the forums. Basically, I get to clover, change the resolution and attempt to boot the installer. The initial bar begins loading, but then fails 3/4 of the way through and provides this image.

 

There doesn't appear to be any helpful information in the logs, but they are below.

 

Running an AsRock x370 Taichi with a Ryzen 1700x.

evidently you don't follow the video instructions well enough, because he says to NOT post the osk key on the forum if you have issues

 

plus, you need to post your XML, not the log

quickly looking through try changing this

as I don't think apple ever ran an 8 core non threaded processor.

Thanks for the idea, unfortunately it didn't work! I had originally tried removing that line altogether but no luck there either.

Try machine type 3.1 besides that I don't see much wrong with your xml. Maybe the install disk is corrupted/broken?
