Virtual Win10 install Nvidia driver

Hi

I'm trying to install Nvidia driver on a new Win10 with a 2070 passed though. But no matter what I try the Nvidia driver says it's not compatable and wont install.

 

Is there fix I cant seem to find ?

I'm booting in UEFI mode. Also tried EFI.

Hmm... nothing stands out as being wrong. I suggest maybe try start a FRESH template and use Q35 instead of i440fx. Don't start the VM, edit the xml and add these lines before </domain>, then start. Hopefully Q35 works better. Remember to start a NEW FRESH template, not edit your current one.

Hi

Seems I've gone from bad to worse.....can only get black screen from my WM now.....Noticed the first assigned core is running at 100% all the time.

Just saw a new Bios was released for my motherboard....I'll try that.

Finally :)

Updated to new Bios and some settings changed and I now have my 2070 working in a Win10 :)
