Been getting tons of errors in the system logs in the last couple days.

Error logs are full of those entries. Hundreds or thousands. The only thing I've been able to piece together is that the errors seem to to start around 5:00 a.m. every day and last for 20 to 30 minutes.

Did you ever resolve this? I'm seeing the same python segfault errors as well.
