Question about cache

Featured Replies

I had a folder set to use cache and I ended up running out of space. I turned the cache off of that folder and I was just wondering how long it would stay in that folder? I have tried using the mover, but it's still there.. Does anyone know how long it will stay? Thanks in advance..

If you set that share to cache no, then the files will stay there forever. Turn on the help on the share settings page, and read the descriptions for the different cache settings.

I did..   But I am wanting to remove my domains from the cache. It's taking up over half my cache drive. I guess I could add another cache drive, but I just didn't know how long they would stay after I switched it to no.

If they stay there forever..  Then how to I remove them? Use kusader to log in and just delete?
