Using a networked Drobo device for my hard drives

OK, I am a noob here and looking to create a unRaid server off my now Windows 10 box. I have 2 internal drives C and D, and connect to a 8 drive Drobo box.

 

I am willing to move all the date off and back it up but before I do that, I'd like to know IF the Drobo box will show up and be usable on an unRaid system??

 

Uses are a Plex server, a Windows 10 VM and possible a couple of linux VM's as well as well as a data share.

 

Is this possible before I wipe out what I have.
