Six Year Old Server Not Reachable Via WebUI Unraid 6.2.5

Featured Replies

Good morning everyone,

I'm a long time user of Unraid and I can't quite find a solution to this issue.

My server is about 6 years old and I've kept up on all updates and upgrades throughout its life cycle. Any issues have been solved with some research, troubleshooting and some CLI in the most extreme case, but I must be too tired or something to see this one.

The server's webui keeps coming back as unreachable on all http/https and ip/hostname combinations, the server VGA output is all normal and I can SSH with my terminal without any problems, single reboot does not fix the issue.

This has been replicated with Firefox on Linux and Chromeos.

I'll update with news and more info I dig up

6.2.5 is a long way from keeping up with updates.

Apologies, I messed up then...

I'll get some sleep and come back to it.

I am having the same unreachable problem with 6.7 stable.  I went to the physical machine and was able to update bzroot to boot into GUI (awesome feature btw!!).  Everything looked ok from localhost GUI.  I performed an OS roll back, but I am still unable to access via web GUI.

I plan to continue troubleshooting by performing memtest, and then cracking open the case and removing both SAS cards (Supermicro AOC-SAS2LP-MV8).  Is there anything else that can be done?
