solved I need a bit of help with a DNS server

Hello all, I have been using unraid since 5.xx.  I just upgraded to 6.xx

A few years back I came across instructions to make all browsers go to a specific page if it was not listed in the DNS server.  I can not find it again. Can somebody help me with this task.

The reason i need it is I host a gaming hotpot in my neighborhood with no internet access.  And if the captive portal does not have a valid web page it won't activate. then people can't connect.  I am currently using win 2003 for a vpn and DNS.  Will switch to any other server I can run on a vm or container.

    Solved Was advised to use a web proxy.  Installed squid and it seems to have all the options to achieve my goal.
