NIC Interface errors on dashboard and a lot of drops on bond0

Featured Replies

Hello,

I get these errors when I turn on Bonding. etho, eth1 are part of bond0 -- Bonding mode active-backup(1). Any one know what is causing this issue. Thanks

The error was about bond1, sometimes change on network setting may cause this error. Reboot again should fix.

For the RX drops count, pls compare the ratio to RX packet first, small ratio not a problem.

Thanks Benson. I've rebooted many times. The issue has not gone away. I don't have a bond1?.?.?.

If you have local console/GUI access, then you may delete the network.cfg file for reset network setting. Or post diagnostic result for further check.

Went to /boot/config/ - Deleted network.cfg and rebooted ...did not appear to work. I then did the same thing to network-rules.cfg and rebooted with not change again. I then hit the little down arrow next to bond0 and picked eth1...errors instantly disapperared. Went back to bond0 and it seems to be staying error free.

Thank you for your help Benson.
