I've got all prepared to try this until i found out much to my surprise that apparently i do not have the reset bug with my system!

Tried this by replacing a R9 280X with a Sapphire 5700 (non XT).

My system board is a Gigabyte x470 Gaming 7 Wifi on BIOS F40. CPU is Ryzen 2700X. Unraid is v6.7.2.

It looks like that i won't need the reset script.

 

Update: Reset bug does happen "ONLY" if the VM crashes. It does not happen when you use "Force Shutdown".

You can shutdown the VM using Force Shutdown and there is no problem starting it up again.

 

Update2: After install of the Adrenalin Driver you can no longer use "Force Shutdown" and reboot the VM without error....

Hi @xPliZit_xs yes i found that too with the drivers installed was when the unclean shutdown of the vm caused the issue,
