Just wondering what I will need to worry about when I go through the process

    The licence is tied to the GUID of the flash drive, so no you shouldn't have any issues, assuming that the GUID of the flash drive is being passed through correctly by your hypervisor ( and if it wasn't, then the system probably wouldn't let you trial the OS in the first place )
