network port shutdown

Hi All,

 

I have been getting to grips with unraid over the last 6 weeks ready to move my small office NAS (freenas) to unraid.

So far I have been impressed with the features and all is going well.

 

I have installed the linuxserver letsencrypt docker with a domain i hold and had it working nicely.

Whilst experimenting with emby over reverse proxy I was having buffering and source too slow issues, searched various forums and decided it may be nginx settings.

 

Long story short I messed it all up!

 

Now as soon as the letsencrypt docker is stopped my network connection drops out. In my haste I set letsencrypt not to autostart however I now have no network on startup!

 

Unraid is given an IP and I have access via local monitor and keyboard, can somebody help me delete the docker network "proxynet" and change the preserve user networks setting back to no.

 

Hopefully this will get the lan connection working again, then I can delete the letsencrypt docker and start again with it.

 

This is taken from the syslog using 'diagnose' yesterday when I stopped the letsencrypt docker and the lan connection first dissapeared.

Ok,

 

I managed to use 'docker container stop' (letsencrypt) & 'docker conatainer rm' (letsencrypt) commands to remove letsencrypt.

 

using powerdown -r brings the server back on line but the network then port shuts down almost immediatly after a reboot.

Further investigation and information.

 

Having cleared and rm'ed some exited docker stuff including letsencrypt. rebooted my machine and my router all is working again.

 

Its just a bit odd and I am not experienced enough to track it down !!

 

All is working ok again now though.

 

So next I will set up letsencrypt again.
