Array refuses to start

I had a failed drive and I replaced it physically. It looks like it started rebuilding the drive but I am not sure it is completed.  The array does not want to start, all my dockers are unavailable. The docker tab says "Array must be started to view Docker containers."  I cannot stop the array from the Main - Array Operation tab.  It only shows the starting button and that is greyed out.  There is no stop button.  I am attaching the diagnostic log.

 

Thanks for any help/suggestions.

    You have a disabled disk but no rebuild started, docker image is corrupt, delete and reboot, then try to rebuild again.
