Replacing Both Cache Pool Disks

I have two 250GB HDD used as a cache pool and wish to replace them both with 256GB SSD.   This procedure look specific to a cache single disk.

Considering I have a pool in a RAID 1 config, can I simply remove Cache1, replace it, let it re-build, remove Cache2, replace it, let it re-rebuild?
