You are STRONGLY suggested to install the Fix Common Problems plugin, then run the Docker Safe New Permissions command

 

Ran the command, but keep getting the error.  Is there a better way to complete this or resolve it?

 

edit:  if I check the said log, there do not appear to be any errors

    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
