Intel S2600CP Fan too Loud all of a sudden

I built my unraid server more than a year ago.  I am using dual xeon processors on a S2600CP board with artic chiller fans. All of a sudden now, the fans won't slow down.  Motherboard temp is at 32 degrees.  I tried to uninstall the dynamix fan control and reinstall and no luck.  Using Dynamix Temp Plug in, I see coretemp and my processor and mb temp is selected.  Using the Dynamix Fan control the PWM controller shows none.  I'm not sure if there was one there before.  I updated to the latest unraid version and no luck.  Does anyone have suggestions to bring this fan speed down?

    does anyone know why I can't see the PWM controller for fan controller in Unraid?  I'm using an Intel S2600CP board.
