Cannot connect to WebUI for Some Docker Apps

Hi, I have had both Sonarr and Radarr installed as docker contains for a couple of years now. 

I haven't used either for 6 months or more but started them both up today and now I cannot connect to the WebUi's

 

I get a 'This site can’t be reached' ' ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED'

 

I can connect to other docker Ui's OK like SabNZB etc. 

 

Any idea where to start looking?
