I have the same issue.  I get a 502 Bad Gateway with a small nginx below the error.  The GUI will not come up in any browser - even after a reboot. I have not setup anything other than a password on the login and cannot finish configuring the server.  The IP is dynamic but reserved on the router.  Any idea how to fix this?  I am a new user and cannot access anything at the moment.

    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
